BR Smokebox Numberplates
For all locos running on BR in 1955 and later.
If you plan to customise a locomotive with the number of your choice, the trickiest part is patching together a smokebox numberplate from a decal sheet. The Pacific Models range gives you all the numbers in a class - you may only need one number but it will save you a lot of time! Regional shed plate sheets are also available to complete smokebox detailing.

The standard range of smokebox numberplates is available in 4mm (OO) and 7mm (O) scales, and bespoke sheets are available to order in other scales or for pre-nationalisation railways such as the LMS (see STANDARDS). A bespoke sheet with a selection of specific numbers can save money - get in touch with a list of your requirements for a quotation. Also available to order are ex-GWR numberplates which also include the loco's cabside plates.
BESPOKE SHEETS...
a money saving alternative!
If you have a collection of locos to re-number and don't want the expense of buying sheets for each class, we can provide you with just the numbers you require on one sheet.
